Hector Fernandez, is a leading producer of transmedia content and responsible for planning & facilitating Streamline Production’s vision and strategy. He cultivates relationships with clients and partners, and identifies opportunities that can be developed into reality.

His proven ability to realize creative visions and strategic intuition for identifying & developing opportunities in the media, entertainment, and technology sector have been pivotal in establishing Streamline Production as a complimentary business to Streamline Studios.

Prior to becoming President of Streamline Production, Hector fulfilled a number of significant roles within Streamline Studios’ Amsterdam office including Vice President, VP of Business Development, Chief Creative Officer, and the studios first Producer. For nearly a decade, Hector played a preeminent role in growing Streamline Studios from a fledgling outsource start-up in the Netherlands to a leading international production studio. Bringing years of graphic management and design experience, Hector was integral in crafting the foundation for what became Streamline Studios’ core business activity: Creative Service Solutions.

As VP of Business Development, Hector maximized the company’s sales cycle and operational efficiency leading to a 15% increase in profitability. In addition, he realized the studios first original video game production HoopWorld, which he successfully championed and guided from concept to final release.

In 2006, Hector co-founded the Benelux Game Initiative (BGIn), the first official trade organization for video game developers within the Benelux area that focused on synergizing business, education, & community to construct a vibrant Benelux Video Games Industry.

Hector is a frequent speaker at international industry events and conferences, and he has given a number of presentations, lectures, and moderations addressing topics related to entrepreneurship, game development, leadership, co-developments, and distributed development strategies. His talks are targeted to audiences ranging from governments, ministries, developers, publishers, and students, and have been presented during GDC, GCDC, GDCE, IndieGamesCon, and E3.

Hector has been featured and interviewed on TechTV’s ‘Hot Click’, Gamespot TV, and a variety of industry news outlets including gamesindustry.biz. He also writes articles for magazines and publications, most recently for the political party “D66”, addressing benefits of international strategies derived from local perspectives.

Before joining Streamline Studios, Hector worked as part of Electronic Arts’ “World Wide Graphics Training” team, and as freelance designer for companies including Hewlett Packard, and the 2001 Winter Olympic Games in Salt Lake City.

Hector has worked in the video games industry since 2000, and has a background in 2D/3D graphics management.

Chief Executive Officer / Co-Founder


Alexander is an experienced entrepreneur and CEO with hands on experience in starting, bootstrapping and growing international creative businesses. Co-founding Streamline Studios in 2001, he’s grown Streamline into a video games developer and leading provider of outsourced production services to the advertising, film and games industries.

His passion for media, entertainment and technology led to the expansion of the group’s activities into advertising and film by producing Streamline’s first transmedia project for Coke Zero and Twentieth Century Fox in conjunction with the release of James Cameron’s spectacular movie Avatar.

Alexander is a member of the Academy of Interactive Arts and Sciences, and he currently serves as board member for the Game Developer Conference Europe, where he contributes as an ambassador, provides art and business expertise for conference editorials, and assists in worldwide marketing and sales.

Referred to as the ‘game outsourcing guru’ by industry media, Alexander has contributed to several publications including the title “Read This First – Growth and Development of Creative SMEs”, which he co-authored. He has also written several editorials most notably for Develop Magazine.

Alexander is a frequent speaker at industry events and conventions worldwide addressing topics related to entrepreneurship, outsourcing, game development, organizational design, business models, and financing.

In 2005 Alexander was honored with the Platinum European Seal of e-Excellence, the highest awarded for excellence in marketing of innovation.

Alexander initially studied Political Science and Journalism at Hawaii Pacific University, before he expanded into Information and Technology, acquiring several industry certifications.
